Terms of Business & Data Privacy Notice
Our Terms of Business document sets out the basis on which Frank Lenny Financial will provide business services to you as a client of the firm and our Client Privacy Notice sets how the firm will handle the data which you share with us. Service Fees
There is never any charge for our initial consultation, and our goal for this first meeting is to give the client as much information and insight into their own individual circumstances as possible. Where a client wishes us to act on their behalf, we charge a total fee of €500, which is split into two separate fee payments of €250. Our fee does not exceed this level for any reason. We explain fully what is included in this fee during the clients initial consultation so that you can decide whether or not to avail of our service, before any fee is payable. We do not charge clients any fees in relation to the switching of an existing mortgage facility to a new mortgage lender.
